Reduction of Share Premium Account

Rasmala is pleased to announce that, on 9 August 2017, the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice approved the reduction of the Company’s Share Premium Account by the amount of £20,000,000.

The reduction will be used to create distributable reserves.
