Appointment of Chief Financial Officer Further to the announcement on 25 February 2015 that Neil McDougall had been appointed Interim Finance Director of the Company, Rasmala is pleased to announce that Mr McDougall joins the Board as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Neil is an experienced professional with many years of senior management experience in international environments. Prior to joining Rasmala, Mr McDougall has served in senior finance roles in various organisations including Europe Arab Bank Plc, Commerzbank and Standard Chartered. In his previous roles, he has been responsible for all aspects of Global Finance support, from performance management and decision making through to Product Control, Valuations Control and Financial and Regulatory Reporting.

Prior to these roles Neil also covered senior roles at Bank of Nova Scotia, Dai-Ichi Kangyo (now Mizuho) and started his career at Kleinwort Benson Merchant Bank. He obtained his CIMA qualification in 1993.

Appendix – AIM Rule 17

The following information is disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.

Neil Thomas McDougall, aged 48 years, is a director of CEBH Consultancy Limited and has not held any other directorships within the last 5 years. He does not hold any interest in the Company.

Mr McDougall has confirmed that there is no further information in relation to his appointment which is required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
