(the “Company”)
Change of name and TIDM
The Company announces that it has changed its name from European Islamic Investment Bank PLC to Rasmala PLC.
Trading in the Company’s shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange under the new name, Rasmala PLC, is expected to be effective from 8.00 a.m. today, when the Company’s ordinary shares will start trading under the ticker RMA. The ISIN and SEDOL numbers for the ordinary shares will remain unchanged.
The Company will make a further announcement on this subject before the end of the year.
